We had a really really nice stay on our second visit there.
The staff were more than helpful, they care about everyone. Particularly good location, it was walking distance to a mosque and a basilica. We found nice Caferaga Medresesi nearby with hot beverages...

We stayed at this lovely hotel during our trip to Istanbul and loved the friendly staff. Serif went out of his way to provide us with amazing recommendations for exploring the local area, especially the nearby attractions.
In my kids' opinion, the rooms could use better soundproofing.

Our group trip was fantastic! We loved exploring the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, both just a short walk away. The staff were great, always helpful, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options. We really appreciated the cozy vibe of the place.
One downside was the soundproofing in our room. We could hear everything from the streets and hallways, a bit annoying at times.

The staff were more than helpful, good small hotel!
Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in Istanbul. The room was recently renovated and neat, provided with a good view and comfortable beds, as for instance. Got a delicious and savoury breakfast included. The location was favourable, you can visit Ataturk by walking.
